Liposuction

Liposuction (liposuction) surgeries are one of the most common plastic surgeries. Despite the emergence of new devices such as laser (laser) and ultrasound in recent years, classical conventional liposuction has to be used as a technique used with these devices.
However, I use tumescent (super wet) technique for liposuction and laser liposuction for suitable patients.

Liposuction surgery is not a weight loss procedure. I must say that after liposuction, patients are more willing and determined to lose weight and pay attention to their nutrition to stay in shape. Liposuction is also performed on the abdomen, hips, inner and outer legs of the legs, arms, breast and under the neck (jowl) and can provide excellent results. In recent years, I have chosen sedation (semi-sleep) anesthesia for liposuction due to patient comfort. I prefer general anesthesia if intensive liposuction is to be performed.

Patients return to their jobs in a short time. Generally, elastic corsets should be worn for 2-3 weeks after surgery. In addition, some of the fat obtained by liposuction can be injected into the face and areas with deformities and fluctuations after liposuction, enriched with tissue cocktail or stem cells. Definitions such as liposhaping, lipolysis, liposculpture are actually names that describe the liposuction process.

Laser Liposuction

Laser liposuction, also known as laser lipolysis, is an FDA-approved, minimally invasive surgical procedure that uses laser energy to liquefy fat cells before they are absorbed through a thin tube called a cannula. Liquefied fat is easier to remove, making it a less aggressive procedure than traditional liposuction techniques with a faster recovery time.

VASER Liposuction

VASER liposuction is a surgical fat reduction procedure that uses ultrasonic vibration or "vibration amplification of sound energy at resonance" (VASER) to break down fat and release it from surrounding tissue before being absorbed through a hollow tube. cannula.
Like other liposuction techniques, VASER lipo is not a weight loss solution: it is designed to contour the body and reduce stubborn pockets of excess fat (to no more than 4% of your body weight). It can be performed on a variety of areas including thighs, calves and ankles, hips, hips, abdomen, back, sides, arms, neck and under the chin.

Ultrasonic Liposuction

In this liposuction method, fat cells are broken down with high energy sound waves.
Vaser is the brand of the device that allows Ultrasonic Liposuction, the process takes its name from this brand.

Since the cannulas used in this procedure are quite thin, vaser liposuction can be performed even in areas with difficult application areas such as face, jowl, arm. Very good results are obtained in the procedures in the back area.
